REFUND POLICY

At CelinaRob, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our designs. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:
You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Delivery Costs:
For returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return delivery costs. However, if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges within the same 14-day window, subject to availability. For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, but we will cover the delivery cost of sending the new item to you.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
